Can I set up auto-retweets from relevant Twitter Accounts?

We do not support auto-retweeting just yet, unfortunately. The best way you can do that is to log into your Twitter and manually retweet what you want. For now, if you want to retweet certain accounts, you will have to do it the old fashioned way or via your TweetDeck.
