Why Doesn't My Payment Go Through?

If you tried to get a SocialBee plan or Concierge Service and the payment is not successful, here are few things you can check before trying again:


Make sure you’re not using a VPN when making your purchase.


Make sure your card’s country matches your selected country (as seen in the screenshot below).


Make sure you input the correct info (especially when it comes to adding the correct CVV).


If you’re using PayPal, make sure your PayPal’s country and currency match the ones you have set in SocialBee (currency can only be USD).
