Social Media Copilot: All You Need to Know

By using our copilot, you do NOT lose any of your current setup for Content Categories, schedule, or posts. The categories, schedule, and posts generated by Copilot come on top of your current setup.

What is SocialBee's Copilot?

SocialBee’s Copilot is your AI-powered social media manager, designed to help you create a complete, personalized social media strategy from scratch. In just a few steps, Copilot generates platform recommendations, posting plans, and ready-to-edit posts tailored to your brand.

You can rely on Copilot whenever you’re unsure where to begin, what type of content to post, or which social platforms to prioritize. It’s built to guide you through every part of the process, turning uncertainty into a clear, actionable plan.

Copilot for existing users

If you’re an existing SocialBee user, you can choose to use either the old or new version of Copilot. Access it by clicking the robot icon in the left-side menu.

During the setup, you’ll select whether to continue with the old version or switch to the new one.

Your existing categories will remain intact, with any new categories added on top of your current setup.

How does Copilot work?

When you get started, you’ll be asked to enter your website link. Copilot automatically scans your site and pulls key information such as your business name, tagline, services, tone of voice, target audience, and preferred language.

If anything seems off, you can hover over the information and click on the pencil icon to edit and fine-tune the details. The more precise your input, the better your recommendations will be.

💡 And if you don’t have a website, Copilot will guide you through a quick chat where you can manually fill in the same information.

Once your details are set, Copilot builds a personalized strategy for your brand. Based on your answers or website data, Copilot recommends:

  • Social media platforms: Suggestions on which networks best fit your goals and audience.
  • Content categories: Ideas for how to organize your posts by theme, purpose, or topic.
  • Generated posts: Ready-to-edit post drafts tailored to your strategy with captions and images.

Note: Since Copilot’s output is directly shaped by the information you provide, it’s worth reviewing your details carefully. The more context you give, the more personalized and accurate your strategy will be.

How to use Copilot?
