Can I get a refund?

A refund can be issued only under the following conditions:

  1. Money-Back Guarantee: If a refund request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase, you will receive a full refund. This does not apply to subscription renewals (monthly or yearly).
  2. Billing Errors or Overpayments: If you were charged incorrectly or overpaid, you may request a refund. SocialBee may also offer to credit your account for future use to avoid bank fees.
  3. Country-Specific Laws: Refunds may be issued according to local consumer protection laws.
Please note that we’re unable to provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-month or mid-year, or after an annual subscription renewal. Your service will stay active until the end of your current billing term.

How to request a refund

1. Email success@socialbee.com using the same email address you used to place the order.
2. Clearly explain your request, including the reason for the refund.
3. Provide any required documentation if requested (e.g., proof of overpayment).

Refunds are ultimately made at our discretion.
