How do I migrate social accounts from one SocialBee account to another?
For example, let's say you want to move your Twitter profile from account A to account B.
Here's how to connect a social media profile to a different SocialBee account:
- Log in to your SocialBee account B here: https://app.socialbee.com/.
- Connect your Twitter profile in SocialBee like you usually do with a new social profile.
- This will trigger the migration process from account A to account B.
To connect our company's LinkedIn profile, do we have to first connect with a personal LinkedIn profile?
In order to connect a LinkedIn company profile (which is not a user profile), you'll need to go to your SocialBee dashboard, scroll to the bottom, and click on the LinkedIn Company button.
However, as is the case for Facebook pages or groups, you will need to connect by using a LinkedIn user who is an Administrator of the LinkedIn Company that you'd like to connect.
I’ve set up all my content for one profile. Do I have to create them again to use them on a second social profile?
Each post is assigned to some specific social profiles, so you’ll have to edit the posts to be assigned to the new profiles (if you want to).
The good news is that you are able to use the “ Bulk Editor” functionality and add multiple social profiles to every post.
