Receive Email Notifications

Having email notifications enabled in SocialBee, helps you stay in the loop about the activity happening in your account.

We send you notifications about:

  • Posts that failed to be posted
  • Accounts that need to be reconnected
  • Successful imports (media, URLs, CSVs)
  • Successful bulk edits (using the bulk editor)
  • Content Categories that have become empty
  • Comments/ mentions on a post you follow
  • New data that has arrived in your Engage dashboard
  • Weekly Analytics report

To activate email notifications, go to your Notification Settings here, and enable the notifications you wish to receive. 

⚠️ There are a few notifications which are always on:

  • If your account gets locked 
  • If you need to reconnect a social profile
