Integrations: How Do I Use the Quuu Integration?

Quuu is a tool that can help you automate content curation for your social media profiles. In SocialBee, Quuu works as an integration that pushes content directly into one (or multiple) of your SocialBee Categories.

Here's how to use it with SocialBee.

Creating and Setting up a Quuu Account

Start by creating a Quuu account. 

Once an account has been created, you'll be asked to provide a name and choose a scheduler of your choice. There, you can choose SocialBee, like in the screenshot below:

The next step is to log into the SocialBee account you want to connect to your Quuu profile. 

Once you have typed in your email address and password, click "Login". In a few moments, you will be redirected back to Quuu.

Setting up Your Social Profiles

The next step is to set up the Social Profiles you want to curate content for, as well as the settings for each profile. To do so, select the social profile you want to set up and you'll have to customize the settings for each. 

Next, you will be prompted to choose how you want to curate content. This can be done in one of two ways: manually and automatically. Depending on your Quuu Plan, you should be able to send a different amount of posts per day.

Option 1. Adding Content Automatically

If you don't want the hassle of choosing the content you want to send to your SocialBee categories each day, you can make it import automatically. 

At the bottom of the menu, you will be asked to select whether you want the content to be automatically approved or not when the import is running. 

As a safety measure, to make sure the content suits your target audience and also to be able to create original copy for the post, we recommend choosing "Manually approve later in SocialBee". 

Option 2. Adding Content Manually

If you want to choose the content that gets imported into your category, you can use the Manual Setting. This will allow you to push the content manually, from your Quuu account to your SocialBee category of choice. 

At the bottom of the menu, you will be asked to select whether you want the content to be automatically approved or not when the import is running. As a safety measure, to make sure the content suits your target audience and also to be able to create original copy for the post, we recommend choosing "Manually approve later in SocialBee". 

Sending Posts to SocialBee

In order to add a post manually from Quuu, you will have to follow these steps:

1. Click on the Send button;
2. Click on Schedule (at the bottom right corner);
3. Click on Send.

And, you are all set! From here, you will be able to see your posts in your SocialBee account. There, you can edit your caption, approve the post or set it as draft, and watch it be shared to your profiles.
