Setting the correct timezone for your posting schedule ensures your posts go live at the intended local time.
In SocialBee, time zones are set per social media profile, not globally across all accounts. This means each profile can have its own timezone, and your scheduled posts will follow that specific setting.
For example, if you schedule a post for 9:00 AM, it will publish at 9:00 AM in the timezone assigned to that profile.
By default, SocialBee detects your local timezone and applies it to your profiles. However, if you manage accounts in different regions, you’ll need to update each profile individually.
Why this approach is useful
Setting time zones per profile gives you much more control, especially if you manage international clients or multiple brands. For example, if you manage a client in New York and another in London, each account can follow its local timezone without affecting the other.
How to change your posting timezone in SocialBee
- Go to your SocialBee dashboard.
- Navigate to “Social Accounts.”
- Select the profile you want to update.
- Click on the “Timezone” field.
- Choose the correct timezone.
- Save your changes.
Once updated, all scheduled posts for that profile will follow the new timezone.
