Why Doesn't My Payment Go Through?

If your payment or subscription renewal is not successful, here are steps to help resolve the issue:

Common reasons why payments fail

  • Insufficient funds in your account
  • Expired or blocked card
  • Transaction flagged or declined by your bank or card issuer
  • Temporary issues with our payment processor, FastSpring

Things to check before trying again

  1. VPN: Ensure you are not using a VPN when making the purchase.
  2. Card Details:
    • Make sure your card’s country matches the selected country in SocialBee. 

    • Double-check that you entered all card info correctly, especially the CVV.
  3. PayPal Users:
    1. Ensure your PayPal's country and currency match the settings in SocialBee.
    2. Note: Currency must be USD.
  4. Account & Card Status:
    • Confirm your account has enough funds.
    • Verify your card is active and not blocked for online or international transactions.
    • Contact your bank to ensure no security restrictions are preventing the payment.
  5. Update Payment Method: If your card has expired or changed, update your payment details in your SocialBee billing settings.

After a failed payment

SocialBee’s payment processor will automatically reattempt the payment over the following days.

You don’t need to take immediate action unless you want to update your payment method.
