Enable email notifications to stay updated on your SocialBee activity straight from your inbox.
We send you notifications about:
- Posts that failed to be posted
- Accounts that need to be reconnected
- Successful imports (media, URLs, CSVs)
- Successful bulk edits (using the bulk editor)
- Content Categories that have become empty
- Comments/ mentions on a post you follow
- New data that has arrived in your Engage dashboard
- Weekly Analytics report
To activate email notifications, go to your Settings here and enable the emails you wish to receive.
- You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
- Marketing emails (versus product emails) are managed through a separate subscription. To stop receiving marketing emails, click the “Unsubscribe” link from such an email.
⚠️ There are a few notifications that are always on:
- If your account gets locked
- If you need to reconnect a social profile
