Enable email notifications to stay updated on your SocialBee activity straight from your inbox.
We send you notifications about:
- Posts that failed to be posted
- Accounts that need to be reconnected
- Successful imports (media, URLs, CSVs)
- Successful bulk edits (using the bulk editor)
- Content Categories that have become empty
- Comments/ mentions on a post you follow
- New data that has arrived in your Engage dashboard
- Weekly Analytics report
To activate email notifications, go to your Settings here and enable the emails you wish to receive.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
Product VS marketing emails are managed through separate subscriptions. To stop receiving both, you’ll need to unsubscribe from each type individually using the corresponding “Unsubscribe” link.
⚠️ There are a few notifications that are always on:
- If your account gets locked
- If you need to reconnect a social profile
