Receive Email Notifications

Enable email notifications to stay updated on your SocialBee activity straight from your inbox.

 

We send you notifications about:

  • Posts that failed to be posted
  • Accounts that need to be reconnected
  • Successful imports (media, URLs, CSVs)
  • Successful bulk edits (using the bulk editor)
  • Content Categories that have become empty
  • Comments/ mentions on a post you follow
  • New data that has arrived in your Engage dashboard
  • Weekly Analytics report

To activate email notifications, go to your Settings here and enable the emails you wish to receive.

  • You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
  • Marketing emails (versus product emails) are managed through a separate subscription. To stop receiving marketing emails, click the “Unsubscribe” link from such an email.

⚠️ There are a few notifications that are always on:

  • If your account gets locked 
  • If you need to reconnect a social profile
