Welcome! How can we help?

How do I log in to my SocialBee account?

On January 15, 2025, SocialBee introduced SSO, a system that streamlines the login process for you, especially if you're using multiple Webpros products

What your login screen looks like and how you log in depends on when you started using SocialBee and how your account is set up.

Go to the SocialBee app and enter your email address to get started, then follow the section below that matches your situation.

If you started using SocialBee before January 15, 2025 (legacy account)

SocialBee introduced SSO after you created your account, so nothing has changed for you.

  1. Enter your email address.

  1. You'll see a screen asking for your password. Enter it to log in.

  1. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" on that screen to generate a new one.

If you started using SocialBee after January 15, 2025 (SSO account)

Your account uses SSO, so your login screen looks a little different, but the basic idea is the same.

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. You'll see a screen asking for your password. Enter it to log in.
  1. If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot your password?" to set a new one.

Logging in with Google

On September 15, 2026, we launched Google sign-in, allowing users to sign up for or log in to SocialBee using their Google account without a password.

You can skip adding your account's password by clicking "Continue with Google" when logging in:

  1. Click "Continue with Google" and pick your Google account.

  1. Because your email address is already linked to a SocialBee account, you can’t sign in with Google right away. Instead, you’ll see a screen letting you know the email is already in use and giving you the option to continue with a one-time code. This will add Google as a new login option for your existing account.
  2. From here, you have two options:
    1. "Next": We’ll email a one-time code to the address associated with your SocialBee account. Enter the code to verify your account, and Google will be added as an additional login option.
    2. Back”: Nothing will be linked or changed. You’ll return to the sign-in screen, where you can log in with your password as usual.

Closing the screen or walking away instead of clicking either button has the same effect as "Back": nothing changes.

Logging in from the SocialBee mobile app

You can log in to the SocialBee mobile app using the credentials associated with your account. What you’ll see depends on how your account was created.

  • Legacy account (created before January 15, 2025): Unaffected. Log in exactly as you always have.
  • SSO account (created after January 15, 2025), no Google connected: Nothing changes. Log in with your email and password, as usual.
  • SSO account (created after January 15, 2025), connected with Google: You'll be taken to a passwordless sign-in screen instead. Your email address is already filled in; we email you a one-time code, and you enter that code to get in. No password anywhere in this flow.

Note: If you created your account with Google and don't have a password yet, but you'd rather use a password to sign in everywhere, including the mobile app, select “Forgot your password?” when logging in to set one.
