If you need to transfer your SocialBee account to a new owner, you can do so by updating the account’s primary email address. Since SocialBee joined WebPros in 2024, account management, including email updates, is handled through WebPros for accounts created after the acquisition.
How to change the account email
- Go to your profile settings: https://app.socialbee.com/settings/profile.
- Update the email address to the new owner’s email and save. If your account is managed through WebPros, you will be redirected to complete the change there.
- Once updated, the new email becomes the login email for the SocialBee account.
- The new owner can then log in using this email and, if needed, set or reset their password from the login page.
Optional recommendation
We recommend that the new owner sets a new password after the transfer to ensure secure access.
