You may notice that the profile picture is missing for certain social accounts. This typically happens when we’re unable to automatically retrieve the profile image from the platform.
How can I fix my missing social media icons?
You can easily upload a custom icon for your profile within SocialBee:
- Go to Social Accounts in your dashboard
- Hover over the missing icon
- Upload a profile image manually
Once uploaded, the image will be used as the icon for that profile in SocialBee.
However, that will not update the profile picture on the end platform.
Will this affect posting or performance?
No, missing icons are purely visual and do not impact your ability to publish content or use the platform.
