Welcome! How can we help?

Known issue: TikTok scheduled posts failing to auto-post

What's happening

Some users are seeing their scheduled TikTok posts fail to publish automatically.

If your post fails, you may see an error similar to this: Awkwaaaard. {code=unaudited_client_can_only_post_to_private_accounts, message=Please review our integration guidelines at https://developers.tiktok.com/doc/content-sharing-guidelines/}.

This error is returned directly by TikTok's API.

We're aware of the issue and are actively working with TikTok's developer support team to restore full posting access. Our team is in direct contact with TikTok and monitoring the situation closely. We don't have a fixed resolution time yet, but we'll update this page as soon as we have news.

What this means for you right now

  • Scheduled posts to TikTok may fail with the error above. However, you can post via Reminders, using the SocialBee app.
  • This is not caused by anything wrong with your account, content, or settings.

What to expect next

We'll update the status page and the changelog as soon as:

  • TikTok resolves the access issue on their end, or
  • We have a clearer timeline to share.

Thank you for being so patient while we work through this with TikTok.
