Welcome! How can we help?

How to reset your SocialBee password

Where you can change your password while logged in depends on when your SocialBee account was created.

  • Accounts created before January 15, 2025: You can change your password directly from SocialBee.
  • Accounts created on or after January 15, 2025: Your password is managed through your WebPros account.

On January 15, 2025, SocialBee introduced SSO (Single Sign-On), which makes it easier to use the same login across SocialBee and other WebPros products.

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it directly from the SocialBee login screen, no matter when you created your account.

  1. Go to the SocialBee app.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click “Forgot password?”
  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password.

Accounts created with Google

Accounts created directly with Google don’t have a password set.

If you created your account with Google and don’t have a password yet, but you’d rather use a password to sign in everywhere, including the mobile app, select “Forgot your password?” when logging in to set one.
