SocialBee's AI features help you create captions, images, and a starter content setup faster. This article explains what limits apply when you generate content with AI, and what to expect from a usage standpoint.
Is there a monthly cap on AI generation?
No. At the moment, SocialBee does not limit the amount of AI generation or generative AI usage on any plan, including Pro. AI generation is not restricted differently across plan tiers.
This may change in the future. If it does, we will communicate the change in advance.
Per-request limits
While there is no overall cap, each individual AI request has some limits.
AI captions

Fair usage
SocialBee's AI features rely on a third-party AI provider. Because of this, heavy usage during busy periods can occasionally cause:
- Slower generation times
- Occasional failed generations
If a generation fails or takes longer than expected, wait a moment and try again.
Content policy
AI-generated content must follow SocialBee's usage policy. The following types of content are not allowed:
- Sexual content involving minors
- Nudity or explicit content
- Hateful content
- Harassment
- Graphic violence
- Real public figures in generated images
Requests for prohibited content may be blocked or may not produce a result.
