FastSpring is SocialBee’s payment processor and reseller. They handle the payment, tax, and invoicing details for SocialBee subscriptions and services.
Because FastSpring processes the payment on our behalf, SocialBee charges may appear on your bank or credit card statement as FS* SocialBee Labs SRL. Similarly, invoices for SocialBee services are issued through FastSpring.
FastSpring handles all the billing part so we can focus on the product.
If you need to update the information on your invoice, request a tax exemption, or make any other changes related to your billing details, please contact the SocialBee support team at success@socialbee.com.
