Welcome! How can we help?

What Are Approved and Draft Posts?

The posts you have in SocialBee can be:

  • 🟩 Approved posts: The posts will be shared according to your set posting time.
  • 🟥 Not approved posts (Drafts): The posts will not be shared until you set them to “Approved”.

How can I approve content?

You can approve content in two different ways (choose the one that works best for you):

  1. Go to the Content Category where your post is and set the post to “Approved” from the top-right corner of the post (click on the “Draft” toggle).
  2. Go to our “Content Approval” tab here to see all the posts that are “Drafts” and set them to “Approved” (by clicking on the “Draft” toggle).

Content Approval pro-tip

You can set your post to “Approved”/ “Draft” when you're creating it. Before click on “Save post” make sure you click on the “Approved” toggle to turn it into a “Draft” or leave it as it is if you want the post to remain “Approved”.

How do I Delete Drafts from SocialBee

Managing drafts efficiently in SocialBee helps keep your content organized and prevents outdated or unused posts from cluttering your workspace. If you’ve accumulated drafts you no longer need, here’s a clear guide on how to delete them.

Option 1: Go to Content Approval

  1. Find the items you wish to delete
  2. Use the trash bin icon located next to each post to remove that item

Option 2: Go to your categories

From the left-hand menu, click on “Content”. This is where all your categories and posts are stored.
  • Browse through your drafts and delete any unwanted posts
  • Use the bulk editor to select all your drafts and delete them in bulk
