Each social platform tries to protect the information of its users. However, this can lead to some information not being communicated between SocialBee and your profile.

To make sure that all your profiles are up to date and you can correctly identify all your connected accounts, we've implemented a method of locally uploading icons to them. Don't worry, this won't actually be applied to your social media accounts.

In order to change one, all you have to do is go to your SocialBee Dashboard, hover over the icon of a profile, select the image you want to add, and you're done!

Does SocialBee offer a white-label option?

No, SocialBee doesn't currently offer a white-label version of the platform, so it can't be rebranded or hidden from your clients

Why are social icons missing for some platforms?

If a social media profile icon is missing, it usually means SocialBee couldn't automatically retrieve the profile image from the platform.

This is only a visual issue and won't affect publishing or your account's performance. If you'd like, you can upload a custom icon from Social Accounts in your dashboard. Keep in mind this only updates the icon in SocialBee, not on the social media platform itself.
