How Do I Cancel or Pause My SocialBee Subscription?

Pause your SocialBee subscription

If you need to temporarily pause your SocialBee subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Billing Settings: Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the “Pause products” option.
  2. Click on “Pause products”: This will open a pop-up where you can choose what you want to pause.
  3. Select pause duration: Choose how long you'd like to pause your subscription, between 1-3 months.
  4. Acknowledge the pause conditions: Before proceeding, please note:
    • Your posting schedule will be stopped.
    • No content will be shared on your social profiles.
    • All assets (posts, categories, and schedules) will be temporarily inactive.
  5. Add your feedback (optional, but appreciated!): We value your input; even a short comment helps.
  6. Complete the pause process: Carefully read the final section of the pop-up and tick all required boxes to confirm your understanding. Once done, click to finalize the pause.

Cancel your SocialBee subscription 

If you'd like to cancel your SocialBee plan (whether tool or Concierge Service/s), you can fill in our cancellation form, as follows:

  1. Go to Billing Settings: Scroll down to the very bottom of the page until you see "Cancel products".
  2. Click on “Cancel products”: A pop-up will appear where you can choose what you'd like to cancel.
  3. Share your feedback (optional, but helpful!): We’d love to hear your feedback!
  4. Final confirmation:
    • Carefully read the final section in the pop-up.
    • Tick all the required checkboxes to acknowledge and confirm the cancellation.

Delete your SocialBee account

Deleting your account means losing all the data you have in SocialBee (posts, schedule, etc.).

If you would like to proceed, email us at hello@socialbee.com, and we'll delete your account.
