Yes. SocialBee is a subscription-based service, so your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel it.
How auto-renewal works
- Monthly plans renew every month.
- Yearly plans renew every year.
- Your plan keeps renewing for a term of the same length until you cancel.
- Your card is charged on the renewal date using the payment method you entered at purchase.
Renewal reminders
Payments are processed by FastSpring. For yearly plans, FastSpring emails a payment reminder one month before your renewal date. It goes to the email address used for the purchase. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.
How to stop your subscription from renewing
To avoid being charged again, cancel before your renewal date:
- Go to Billing Settings: Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see "Cancel products".
- Click "Cancel products": A pop-up lets you choose what to cancel.
- Share your feedback (optional): Even a short comment helps.
- Confirm: Read the final section of the pop-up and tick the required checkboxes.
If you only need a break, you can also pause your subscription for 1–3 months. See How Do I Cancel, Pause or Delete My SocialBee Subscription? for the full steps.
Note: Once you pause or cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. Please note that if your subscription has already renewed and the payment has been processed, we’re unable to offer a prorated refund for the remaining time.
