Posting directly to TikTok

You'll be able to post directly via SocialBee a single video (.MP4 File, under 60 seconds, under 50 MB) without a caption added.
Once your post has been scheduled, and it's time to be posted, you will receive 2 notifications on TikTok:
  • #1st notification letting you know that the video is being processed
  • #2nd notification letting you know when the video is ready to be shared.

After the first notification, you'll see that TikTok is ready to share your post.

Click on that, and then the notification at the very top to start the posting process on TikTok.

Once you've clicked that, TikTok's video editor will open and you need to go through three more steps.

Here, you have access to all of their in-app video editing features, so you can tweak and customize them as needed.

After that, just check your profile to see the video on there and you're all set! You've shared your first TikTok post.

Posting to TikTok via Reminders

Whenever you add a caption to your post, multiple videos, or multiple images, the post will automatically be set to publish via Reminders.

So, make sure you have followed all the steps described in the article focused on our mobile app

When this happens, you will see a mobile phone at the bottom right corner of your post.

You will also see one in your category view, right next to the profile icon that will post via Reminders. In this case, the TikTok profile.

In the SocialBee Mobile App

Like with any other profile that posts via Reminders, once you receive the notification and open it, you'll be able to preview the post details in our mobile app. You'll see a thumbnail of the video, the caption, and the date and hour at which it was scheduled.

The next step is to tap on "Share Post" and you will see two prompts. First of all, you'll have to check that you are logged onto the right profile in your TikTok app.

Then, you will receive a confirmation that your caption has been copied.

Once you click "OK" the TikTok app will open with the file(s) all loaded up.

In the TikTok App

Here, you have full access to all the TikTok features, but we usually recommend keeping things simple. Click Next (at the top right corner) after you've confirmed that the right file(s) have been added.

Then, you can add a sound, text, effects, and any other in-app features you would normally use in TikTok. Once you're done (or to skip it entirely), click "Next".

The final step is to add your caption, tag people (if any), and set your final settings for the post. Once that's completed, click done and you should see the post on your profile within seconds!
